직진배송Zigzag Direct Delivery
Stocked and shipped by Zigzag. Paid by midnight on weekdays (10 pm at weekends), it arrives the next day nationwide, free. Some 읍/면 areas can take longer.
당일배송 · 새벽배송Same-day · Dawn delivery
직진배송 options: order by 1 pm for same-day in Seoul and parts of Gyeonggi, Incheon and Chungcheong, or 1–10 pm for dawn delivery before 7 am (Seoul only). ₩990 under ₩55,000.
빠른출발Fast Dispatch
A shop-shipped item the shop hands to the courier within 1 business day. It is still ordinary courier delivery, so weekends and holidays slow it down.

Shop items follow the shop's dispatch date스토어배송 items leave on the 발송 예정일 (dispatch date) each shop sets per option, then take about 3 business days. Shops can push that date back; if an option turns out to be sold out and is cancelled, we refund you in full.

Same-day and dawn can turn into next dayWhen the day's same-day or dawn slots fill up, or bad weather hits, Zigzag switches the order to 내일배송 (next day). The ₩990 fast-delivery fee is not refunded if you later return the item.

Free delivery, but returns are not freeA change-of-mind return of 직진배송 items costs ₩5,000 per order (first delivery plus pickup); shop items use each shop's own fee. Faulty or wrong items go back free. We file the return in Korean.
Tips for ordering Zigzag through us
- Need it by a set day? Pick an item with the 직진배송 label: it is the only Zigzag delivery with a next-day promise, while 빠른출발 only means the shop ships quickly.
- Many items come in FREE (one size). Compare the 실측 (measured) chart in cm with a garment you own, and put your measurements in the Note so we can ask the shop about fit in Korean.
- Several items from one shop may be held and sent together on the latest dispatch date, so order an in-stock item on its own if you need it sooner.
Why foreigners get stuck on Zigzag — and what we do
The catch is that Zigzag is built almost entirely around its Korean-language app: signing up usually means logging in with Kakao or Naver, both of which expect a Korean phone number, and checkout runs on Korean payment methods only. Order in Korea buys from any Zigzag shop on your behalf and has it delivered to your Korean address — no app account required on your side.

How fast is Zigzag 직진배송?
직진배송 items are stocked in Zigzag's own logistics centre. Paid by midnight on a weekday, or 10 pm on Saturday or Sunday, they arrive the next day nationwide at no delivery charge. In Seoul and parts of Gyeonggi, Incheon and Chungcheong, orders before 1 pm can arrive the same evening, and Seoul orders placed between 1 and 10 pm can come before 7 am, for ₩990 under ₩55,000. The cut-off counts from when we pay, so send your order early.
Why did a Zigzag shop ship my order late or cancel it?
Most Zigzag items are sold by small independent shops that ship them themselves. Each shop sets a dispatch date per option, which can move if its stock arrives late, and several items from one shop may be held to ship together. If a shop cancels an out-of-stock option, we refund you in full, and we ask the shop about any delay in Korean.
Do I need a Kakao account or Korean phone number to order from Zigzag?
No. We use our own verified Zigzag account, Kakao login included. Send us the product link with size and colour, and we complete that shop's checkout on your behalf.
What does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item's price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order. Most of that covers PayPal's processing fee and currency conversion — our actual margin is roughly 2-4%, shown before you pay.
Where can you deliver my Zigzag order?
Any address in Korea — an apartment, officetel, dormitory, hotel, or Airbnb. The shop sends it by courier, or Zigzag itself for 직진배송 items, and we take the Korean-language call to arrange it.
I found items from different Zigzag shops — can you order all of them?
Yes. Add each item as its own line on the order form with its size and colour, and we buy them all. Each shop ships on its own dispatch date, while 직진배송 items come from Zigzag's logistics centre, so the parcels may arrive on different days.
