How Lotte ON works
Lotte ON (롯데온) is Lotte Shopping's online mall, bringing Lotte Department Store and other Lotte shops together with a broad marketplace of independent sellers. It centres on designer fashion, beauty counters, luxury and home goods under a name most residents of Korea already trust; Lotte Mart's grocery delivery moved to its own app, Lotte Mart ZETTA, in 2025.

Lotte Mart's online grocery shopping moved to its own app, Lotte Mart ZETTA, which replaced Lotte Mart Mall from 20 March 2025. Lotte ON now centres on department-store, fashion, beauty and marketplace goods. For Lotte ON items, the page shows an estimated arrival date that depends on the seller.
Can I shop Lotte ON without a Korean phone number?
Yes. Lotte ON ties accounts to the Lotte Members system, which verifies signup with a Korean mobile number most foreigners in Korea don't have. Send us the listing link and option, pay by PayPal, and we place the order on our own verified Lotte Members account.
What does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item price, with a $5 minimum and a $20 minimum order, shown before you pay. Most of it covers real costs — PayPal takes about 4.4% plus $0.30, and currency conversion adds roughly 3–4% — leaving an actual margin of about 2–4%.
Where will my Lotte ON order be delivered?
