오늘드림 can be cancelled on the day오늘드림 ships from a nearby store's shelves, not the online stock, so it is cancelled automatically if that store runs out or heavy rain, typhoons or snow stop the riders. We refund you in full, or re-order by standard delivery if you prefer.

Wrong entrance code = parcel sent back오늘드림 riders leave the bag at your door and don't take calls while delivering. If the building entrance code or address is wrong, the parcel goes back and the round-trip delivery fee is deducted from the refund.

Yes, if the product shows the 오늘드림 tag and a store or hub near your address has it in stock. Olive Young takes 오늘드림 orders until 8 pm and delivers within about 3 hours (빠름배송, ₩5,000) or in a 3–4 pm or 10 pm–midnight slot (₩2,500), free from ₩30,000. If the nearby store turns out to be out of stock, Olive Young cancels the order and we refund you in full.
Why is normal Olive Young delivery slower than 오늘드림?
Standard orders ship by courier from Olive Young's logistics centre rather than a store near you, and usually take 3–5 working days. Jeju and remote islands take 5–7 days, and so does everyone during 올영세일. Delivery is ₩2,500, free from ₩20,000; if you need it sooner, pick a product with the 오늘드림 tag.
I found it on Olive Young Global. Can you order it for me?
Olive Young Global (global.oliveyoung.com, which oliveyoung.com also opens) only delivers outside Korea and cannot send to a Korean address. Send us the link anyway: we find the same product on the Korean site, oliveyoung.co.kr, and confirm the ₩ price and set before ordering. Olive Young says products, sets and promotions differ between the two sites, so now and then a Global item is not sold in Korea.
Can I order from Olive Young if I don't have a Korean card or phone number?
Yes. You send us the Olive Young product link with your chosen option and quantity, and we purchase it using our verified Korean account. You never need a Korean card, phone number, or account of your own.
How much does Order in Korea charge?
