도착보장Guaranteed arrival date
Shows the date the item arrives if paid by the stated time (e.g. 3:30 PM). If it's late, the member gets 1,000 e-points; orders mixed with gift-wrapped or bulky items are excluded.

Why was my JAJU order cancelled after I paid?
Shinsegae V sells the same stock in stores and online, so an item can sell out after payment. When that happens it sends a notice within about four working days and cancels the item automatically. You get a full refund from us for anything cancelled.
Can I order JAJU (자주) online without a Korean card?
Yes. Shinsegae V takes guest orders, so membership isn't the hurdle — the Korean-only checkout and payment are. Find the item on Shinsegae V (shinsegaev.com), copy the product link, and submit it to us with the option, quantity, and won price; we place the order on a verified Korean account, so you never go through the Korean checkout or need a Korean card.
What does Order in Korea charge for a JAJU order?
Our fee is 10% of the item price with a $5 minimum, and orders must total at least $20. Most of that fee covers PayPal's processing and currency conversion rather than profit — our real margin is roughly 2-4% — shown to you before you pay.
Where can my JAJU order be delivered?
Any address in Korea — apartment, officetel, dormitory, or hotel. We enter it correctly so the same courier Shinsegae normally uses brings it straight to your door, with delivery staying entirely inside Korea.
