How Hottracks works
Hottracks (핫트랙스) is Kyobo's stationery, music and gift store, often found inside Kyobo Book stores, with a curated mix of design stationery, planners, art supplies, albums and gifts. Its online shop now runs inside Kyobo's site at hottracks.kyobobook.co.kr, sharing Kyobo's account and cart.

Sold-out items are cancelledIf an item turns out to be out of stock, Hottracks cancels it after a text message, and discontinued products may not ship at all. Anything cancelled is refunded to you in full.

Why does Hottracks open on Kyobo's website?
Hottracks is part of Kyobo, and its online shop now runs inside Kyobo's site at hottracks.kyobobook.co.kr, sharing Kyobo's account, cart and customer centre. Items marked 핫트배송 ship from Hottracks, while many brand products ship directly from the brand. Send us the product link from that site and we place the order on our Kyobo account.
How long does Hottracks delivery take?
Delivery is the expected dispatch date shown on the product page plus usually 1–3 days, or up to 7 days for islands and remote areas. Items Hottracks must reorder from a supplier take longer, and discontinued ones may be cancelled. If anything is cancelled, you get a full refund from us.
Can I order from Hottracks without a Korean card?
Yes. Send us the product link from hottracks.kyobobook.co.kr (the old hottracks.co.kr address no longer opens the shop) along with the colour, set or option you want, then pay us through PayPal. We place the order on a verified Korean account, so you never need a Korean card yourself.
How much does Order in Korea charge for Hottracks orders?
We charge 10% of the item's Korean won price, with a $5 minimum fee and a $20 minimum order total. Most of that fee covers PayPal processing and currency conversion rather than profit — our actual margin is roughly 2–4%. You'll see the full breakdown before you pay.
Where can Hottracks orders be delivered?
Any valid Korean address: your apartment, officetel, university dormitory, or a hotel or Airbnb you're staying at. Hottracks' courier — or the brand's, for brand-shipped items — delivers directly, the same as it would for a Korean customer.
Can you order items that Hottracks only sells in-store?
We can only order what's listed on hottracks.kyobobook.co.kr, since that's what we can purchase and pay for remotely. If the item you want is online, send us the link and we'll take it from there; for store-exclusive items, message us first and we'll let you know if it's something we can help with.
