How Naver Shopping works
Naver Shopping (네이버쇼핑) is the shopping search most people in Korea open first to compare prices. It now has two layers: price comparison (search.shopping.naver.com), which also lists other online malls, and Naver Plus Store — what shopping.naver.com opens today, with its own app since March 2025 — where independent Smart Store sellers and official brand stores sell through Naver Pay. If a product exists in Korea, from handmade ceramics to regional snacks and niche fashion labels, there is a good chance a Smart Store seller has it.

Naver guarantees the date: 오늘배송 (today) for orders by 11:00, 내일배송 (tomorrow) after that, plus Sunday and pick-a-date (희망일배송) options on some items.
오늘출발Ships today
The seller dispatches the same day if payment lands before its own cut-off, shown on the item. It promises departure today, not arrival today.

Shipping is charged per sellerItems from different sellers never travel together: each charges its own delivery fee and, for a change of mind, its own return fee. Jeju and island addresses usually pay an extra surcharge on top.

A search result may be another mallNaver's price-comparison results can open a listing on a different online mall, and that mall's own delivery and return rules then apply instead of Naver's.
Tips for ordering Naver Shopping through us
- Send the product page link itself rather than a search-results page, and copy the option name exactly as written in Korean.
- A 도착보장 date is fixed when we place the order, so allow an extra day if you send your order late in the day.
- If the delivery address is on Jeju or an island, say so in the order notes, because many sellers add a 제주/도서산간 surcharge.

What does 도착보장 (N배송) mean on Naver Shopping?
It marks items with a guaranteed arrival date, often fulfilled through Naver's logistics partners: 오늘배송 for orders placed by 11:00 and 내일배송 for later ones, with Sunday and pick-a-date options on some items. Everything else is packed and shipped by the individual seller on its own schedule. The guaranteed date is set when we place the order, not when you first saw the item.
Why was my Naver Smart Store order cancelled?
Most Smart Stores are small independent sellers, and some cancel after payment when an item turns out to be out of stock (품절). Naver penalises sellers for this, but it still happens. We refund you in full, and if you still want the item, send us a link from another seller.
Can I buy from a Naver Smart Store seller without a Korean bank account?
Yes. Naver Pay is set up for Korean cards and bank accounts, but you never need either — send us the listing link and option, pay us by PayPal, and we complete the purchase using our own verified Naver Pay account.
What does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item's price, with a $5 minimum and a $20 minimum order, shown before you pay. Most of that covers real costs — PayPal fees run about 4.4% plus $0.30, and currency conversion adds roughly 3–4% more — so our actual margin is about 2–4%.
Where can my Naver Shopping order be delivered?
Any real Korean address: an apartment, an officetel, a university dorm, a hotel or Airbnb, or an office. We give the seller your exact Korean address, and the parcel is delivered there directly — we are not a stop along the way.
