Watch out for
-
Supplier-shipped items arrive separatelyItems sent straight from the supplier travel separately from CJ ONSTYLE's own stock, so a mixed order can arrive in several parcels on different days.
-
Some orders can't be cancelledOnce an order reaches 상품준비중 (preparing), fresh food, made-to-order and installation items can't be cancelled, and some other cancellations need the supplier's approval first.
Tips for ordering CJ ONSTYLE through us
- For same-day 오늘도착 in the capital area, send your order early, because it has to be placed with CJ ONSTYLE by 15:00.
- If you're unsure about size or fabric, put the question in the order notes and we'll ask through the item's Q&A, which CJ staff or the supplier answer, before buying.
Why foreigners get stuck on CJ ONSTYLE — and what we do
For a foreigner already in Korea, the block isn't the products — it's the checkout, which demands a Korean-issued card and Korean identity verification. Order in Korea places the order for you with a verified local account and your Korean address as the delivery point, so it's delivered straight to your door, from CJ ONSTYLE's own fulfilment centre or directly from the supplier.

CJ ONSTYLE — frequently asked questions
Can I get CJ ONSTYLE 오늘도착 same-day delivery through you?
Yes, if the item carries the 오늘도착 tag and the delivery address is in Seoul or the capital area it covers, such as Suwon, Bundang and Goyang. Since 7 September 2026 the cut-off is 15:00 on the day we place the order, extended from noon, so send it early. Other items follow their supplier's own schedule.
Can I order from CJ ONSTYLE without a Korean card?
Yes. CJ ONSTYLE's checkout is built for Korean cards and Korean ID verification, so a foreign card alone won't get through. Send us the product link, option and quantity and we place the order using a verified local account — you never need a Korean card or phone number.
What does Order in Korea charge?
10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order, shown in full before you pay. Most of that fee is real cost rather than profit — PayPal takes roughly 4.4% plus $0.30, and currency conversion adds another 3–4%, leaving us a margin of about 2–4%.
Where will my CJ ONSTYLE order be delivered?
To any address in Korea — your apartment or officetel, a dorm, a hotel, an Airbnb, or an office. We register your Korean address correctly and the parcel is delivered directly there, from CJ ONSTYLE's fulfilment centre or the supplier; we never take physical custody of it.
I saw a CJ ONSTYLE item during a live broadcast — can you still get it?
As long as it's still listed for purchase on the CJ ONSTYLE website, yes — send us the link right away, since popular broadcast items can sell out. If it's already sold out or the price has changed, we'll tell you before placing anything.
