Watch out for

Returns are handled store by storeEach store sets its own return rules and fee, and some don't book the courier pickup automatically. For a change of mind you pay both delivery legs; faulty or wrong items go back free. We arrange it with the store in Korean.

Don't count on 하루배송Brandi's app listing still mentions its 하루배송 next-day service, but the company that ran it ended it in 2025, and the current help centre only describes store-by-store shipping. Expect each store's normal timing.

No partial cancels on sets or multiplesIf you buy a set, or two or more of the same item, Brandi can't cancel or refund just part of it: the whole line is cancelled or returned and bought again. Decide the quantity before you order.
Tips for ordering Brandi through us
- Read the store's own delivery and return notes on the item page before sending the link: timing, Jeju or island surcharges and return fees differ from store to store.
- Sizes are often FREE (one size). Compare the measured chart in cm with a garment you own, and write any fit question in the Note so we can ask the store in Korean first.
- Avoid 해외배송 items when you need something soon or are leaving Korea shortly; they take weeks, not days.

Why did my Brandi items arrive in separate boxes?
Brandi is a platform of independent stores, and each store ships its own orders on its own schedule, so items from two stores arrive separately. Returns work the same way: each item goes back to its own store, and packing different stores' items together can cause extra costs. We track each parcel and handle returns in Korean.
Is Brandi still operating after its operator's court rehabilitation?
Yes. NEWNEX, which runs Brandi, filed for court rehabilitation in September 2025; proceedings opened about a week later and the app resumed normal service. By November 2025 the company said over half of its earlier stores were selling again. If a store cancels your item, we refund you in full.
Can I order from Brandi without a Kakao account or Korean card?
Yes. We buy through our own verified Brandi account. Send us the product link with your size and colour, and we complete that seller's checkout for you.
What is the total cost to order from Brandi through Order in Korea?
You pay the item's listed price plus a 10% service fee (minimum $5, $20 minimum order). Most of that fee covers PayPal processing and currency conversion — our margin is roughly 2-4% — and the total is shown before you pay.
Will you deliver my Brandi order to my accommodation in Korea?
Yes, to any Korean address — a hotel, officetel, dormitory, or Airbnb. The seller's own courier handles delivery, and we take the Korean-language call to arrange it.
What happens if a Brandi item doesn't fit or arrives wrong?
Tell us and we'll contact that seller's Korean-language support to arrange an exchange or return. Since Brandi is a marketplace, each independent seller sets its own return window and conditions — we'll confirm the specifics with them on your behalf.
