How SoldOut works
SoldOut (솔드아웃) is Musinsa's resale marketplace for limited sneakers, streetwear and collectibles, now run directly by Musinsa and, since May 2026, signed into with the same Musinsa account. You buy from individual sellers at their asking price, and every item goes through SoldOut's own inspection centre before it ships, arriving with a SoldOut tag.

Already inspected and stored at SoldOut: weekday orders before 6 pm ship the same day, later or weekend orders the next working day. Shipping is ₩5,000.
검수Inspected, with tag
Every item is checked for authenticity and condition at SoldOut's centre and arrives with a SoldOut tag. Removing the tag ends any claim.
98점98-point pass
Genuine, but with a minor flaw such as a crushed box, a glue mark or a leather crease. Listed separately at its own price, with inspection photos shown before payment.

No cancelling once you paySoldOut trades are between individuals: no cancellation or refund for a change of mind or a wrong size, even right after payment. We confirm the exact model and size with you before buying.

Sellers can fail to ship or fail inspectionThe seller has 48 hours (weekends and holidays excluded) to ship, and the item must reach the inspection centre within 5 working days. If it doesn't, or it fails inspection, the trade is cancelled and we refund you in full.

Prices move and fees are addedPrices are live asks that change with demand, and SoldOut adds a purchase fee plus shipping (₩3,000, or ₩5,000 for 바로배송) at checkout, so the total is higher than the listed price.

- Send the soldout.co.kr/trade/detail/… link, the exact size (shoes in mm, e.g. 265), and whether you want standard delivery or 바로배송 (instant delivery).
- Keep the SoldOut tag on until you've checked the item: once it's cut or removed, no claim of any kind is accepted.
Why foreigners get stuck on SoldOut — and what we do
SoldOut only lets foreign residents join with an alien registration card and Korean phone verification, which shuts out visitors and anyone without a Korean phone in their own name — and once paid, a trade can't be cancelled, refunded or swapped for another size. Order in Korea places the order for you on a verified local account, with your Korean address entered as the delivery address, so once the item passes inspection, SoldOut ships it straight to you.

How does SoldOut's inspection work?
After a sale, the seller must send the item to SoldOut's inspection centre, where staff check authenticity, condition and parts. Items that pass get a SoldOut tag and are shipped to you; items that fail go back to the seller and your payment is refunded in full.
Can I cancel or return a SoldOut purchase?
No. Once paid, a SoldOut trade can't be cancelled or returned for a change of mind or a size that doesn't fit, even minutes later. The only ways out are a seller-side cancellation or a failed inspection, and both are refunded in full. That's why we double-check the model and size with you before we buy.
Can I buy on SoldOut without a Korean phone number?
Yes, through Order in Korea. SoldOut itself only lets foreign residents join with an alien registration card and Korean phone verification, but we hold a verified account and place the order for you — you just send us the listing link.
What does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item's listed price, with a $5 minimum and a $20 minimum order, shown before you pay. Most of it covers PayPal's charges and currency conversion, so our actual margin is roughly 2–4%.
Where can you deliver my SoldOut order?
Any Korean address: an apartment, officetel, dormitory, hotel, or Airbnb. We enter it as the delivery address when we place the order, so once the item passes inspection, SoldOut ships it straight to you — it never passes through us.
Can you help me pick the right size on SoldOut?
Yes — and it matters, because SoldOut won't cancel, refund or swap a pair that doesn't fit. Tell us your usual size and we'll check the listing's size in millimetres with you before we confirm the purchase.
