How Line Friends works

Line Friends (라인프렌즈) is the official character brand behind Brown, Cony, Sally, minini, and the BT21 characters created with BTS. Its own online store, LINE FRIENDS SQUARE (linefriendssquare.com), carries plushies, stationery, apparel, and BT21 goods — and it has an English version and delivers outside Korea itself, so if you're outside Korea you can likely order directly, without us.

LINE FRIENDS SQUARE (라인프렌즈 스퀘어, linefriendssquare.com) is LINE FRIENDS' own online store for BT21, Brown & Friends, minini and its K-pop character lines, plus other character brands. Many items are pre-orders with a set ship date. The store has an English version and also delivers outside Korea itself; we help when you're in Korea and the Korean checkout stops you.

It's LINE FRIENDS SQUARE at linefriendssquare.com — linefriends.com is now the company website, and store.linefriends.com leads to the US store. LINE FRIENDS also has brand shops on Naver and 29CM, but we order from LINE FRIENDS SQUARE unless you send another link. Delivery in Korea is ₩3,000, or free from ₩30,000.

When will a LINE FRIENDS pre-order arrive?

Pre-order (예약판매) items ship on the expected date shown on the product page, and sometimes earlier if stock comes in early. In-stock orders ship within 1–3 working days. We confirm the date shown when we place your order.

LINE FRIENDS SQUARE already has an English site — why order through you?

If you're outside Korea, its English version can likely handle your order directly. We're for people already in Korea who'd rather hand off the Korean-delivery checkout, pre-order dates, and returns: send us the linefriendssquare.com link with the option, quantity, and won price, pay us by PayPal, and we place the order with your Korean address.

What does Order in Korea charge for a Line Friends or BT21 order?

Our fee is 10% of the item price with a $5 minimum, and orders must total at least $20. Most of that goes to PayPal's processing and currency conversion rather than profit — our real margin is around 2-4% — shown before you pay.

Where can Line Friends or BT21 merchandise be delivered?

Any address in Korea — apartment, officetel, dormitory, or hotel. We enter your Korean address correctly so the store ships it by CJ Logistics straight to your door, staying entirely inside Korea.

Can you guarantee I'll get a sold-out BT21 collaboration item?

No — once a hyped release sells out, it's gone for every buyer, us included. What we can do is place your order the moment you submit it, giving you the same chance as any other ready buyer, and tell you right away if it's no longer available.
