Does Amore Mall deliver the same day or the next day?
Amore Mall has no same-day delivery. Weekday orders paid by 6 pm are handed to Hanjin that day and usually arrive within 1–4 working days, sometimes the next day in well-served areas. Weekends, public holidays and made-to-order products (3–7 days to prepare) take longer.
Why did my Amore Mall order arrive in separate boxes?
Products marked 업체배송 come from partner sellers, each shipping its own parcel with its own courier, and large orders can be split into several boxes. Each box has its own tracking number, so an order can show as delivered before everything has arrived. If something still hasn't come, we ask Amore Mall in Korean.
How do I order from Amore Mall without a Korean account?
Through Order in Korea. Send us the Amore Mall product link, option, and quantity, and we purchase it using our verified Korean account. No Korean card, phone number, or account of your own is required.
What does Order in Korea charge?
10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order — the full total is shown before you pay. Most of that fee covers PayPal's processing and currency-conversion costs, leaving us a margin of roughly 2-4%.
Can you deliver my Amore Mall order to a hotel or officetel?
