How Torriden works
Torriden (토리든) built its name on one promise: deep, lightweight hydration, led by the Dive-In Low Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Serum and its non-sticky, fast-absorbing formula. Its own Korean store is torriden.com (torriden.us is a separate US shop), and the brand is also stocked by Olive Young and Coupang and has a flagship store in Seongsu.

Watch out for
-
Dispatch pauses over holidaysTorriden stops shipping over national holidays: for Chuseok 2026, orders paid by 3 pm on 22 September shipped, then nothing left until 28 September. Expect the same around Seollal.
-
Returns: 7 days, unopened, ₩5,000Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt if unopened, cost ₩5,000 round trip, and don't give back coupons or points used. Faulty or wrong items go back free.
-
Counterfeits are circulatingTorriden published a warning about counterfeit products in September 2026. Sending us a torriden.com link means we buy directly from the brand's own store.
Tips for ordering Torriden through us
- Send links from torriden.com, the Korean store; torriden.us is Torriden's separate US shop.
- Double-check the option and quantity before paying: nothing can be changed once the order has shipped, and changes after dispatch cost ₩5,000 round trip.
- If your item is cheaper or in stock at Olive Young or on Coupang, send that link instead; we buy from those stores too.
Why foreigners get stuck on Torriden — and what we do
The Korean store is Korean-only, though, from the event terms to the order form and payment step. Order in Korea places the order for you, using your Korean address as the delivery address, so CJ Logistics brings it straight to your door — the parcel never passes through us.

Torriden — frequently asked questions
Why hasn't my Torriden order shipped yet?
Torriden ships the same day for payments confirmed by 3 pm on business days, but not for weekend, Monday or Tuesday orders, and event periods ship in sequence. It also pauses over national holidays; for Chuseok 2026, dispatch stopped from 24 to 26 September and restarted on 28 September. We follow the order and tell you when it ships.
Is the Torriden I order through you genuine?
If you send a torriden.com link, we buy directly from Torriden's official store. Torriden warned about counterfeit products in September 2026, so be wary of unusually cheap offers from unknown sellers.
Can I order Torriden from the Korean store without a Korean card?
Yes. Paste the Torriden product link, option, and quantity into our order form and pay with PayPal in your own currency. We place and pay for the order on the Korean store with our own verified account, so no Korean card or phone verification is needed from you.
What does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item price, with a $5 minimum, and a $20 minimum order total. Most of that fee covers PayPal's payment cost and currency conversion, not profit — our actual margin is roughly 2-4%. You'll see the full breakdown before you pay.
Where can my Torriden order be delivered?
Any address in South Korea: your apartment, dormitory, officetel, hotel, or Airbnb. We enter your Korean address on the order and CJ Logistics delivers it directly from Torriden — nothing passes through us.
Is Torriden easier to get at Olive Young?
Often, if you want it fast: Olive Young stocks Torriden, many items carry its 오늘드림 same-day tag, and it sells Torriden sets of its own. torriden.com runs its own 1+1 events and usually delivers in one to three business days. Send whichever link suits you and we order from that store.
