Dorms and offices can't take dawn deliveryKurly says its night drivers can't reach school dormitories, offices, government buildings or markets. In a dawn zone you can't switch to the daytime courier, so a home address works best.

The front-door code mattersDawn drivers need your building's entrance code (공동현관 비밀번호), including any # or *. Without it, or with a key-card-only door, the box is left at the ground-floor entrance or security office.

No change-of-mind returns on cold foodChilled, frozen and fresh food can't be returned just because you changed your mind. If something arrives damaged or spoiled, send us photos and we report it to Kurly in Korean — Kurly covers the return cost for faulty items.

How fast is Market Kurly delivery if I order through you?
It depends on your address. In dawn-delivery zones (all of Seoul plus parts of Gyeonggi, Incheon, Chungcheong, Gyeongsang and Jeolla) orders placed by 11 PM arrive before 7 AM, and in parts of Seoul and Gyeonggi orders placed by 3 PM come the same night. Elsewhere a courier delivers the next day. The cut-off counts from when we place the order, so send it early.
Can Kurly deliver to my university dormitory?
Usually not by dawn delivery — Kurly lists school dormitories, offices and government buildings among the places its night drivers can't enter. If your dorm is in a dawn-delivery area, give us an off-campus home address instead. In next-day courier areas, dorm delivery works normally.
I don't have a Korean phone number or card. Can I still order from Market Kurly?
Yes. Send us the Kurly product link, option, and price, and pay us by PayPal — no Korean phone or card required from you. We place the order on a verified Korean account and give Kurly your Korean delivery address, so you never touch the Korean checkout.
What does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order. Most of that covers PayPal's own processing fee and currency conversion — our actual margin is roughly 2-4%. You see the full total before you pay.
Where can Kurly deliver — can it reach a dorm or office?
Most Korean home addresses work: an apartment, officetel, house, or short-term rental. In dawn-delivery zones Kurly's night drivers can't enter school dormitories or offices, so give us a home address there; in next-day courier areas, dorm delivery works normally. Kurly delivers straight to the address — the order never passes through us.
