Army-base addresses can bouncePOOM warns that parcels to military bases may be returned because couriers can't easily enter, and the extra shipping is charged to the buyer. Use an address the courier can reach, or tell us how deliveries work there.

Why foreigners get stuck on Artbox — and what we do
Artbox stores are easy to visit in person, but POOM requires a Korean-registered account and a domestic payment card, so a foreign card or number alone won't get you through checkout. Order in Korea places the order for you on a verified local account and has it delivered straight to your Korean address — by Artbox's own Hanjin delivery or directly by the brand.

Is POOM the same as Artbox?
Yes. POOM (poom.co.kr) is Artbox's own online mall, and artbox.co.kr now redirects there. Besides Artbox stationery and character goods, it sells furniture, fashion and beauty from other brands, which ship separately. Online orders are delivered by courier only and can't be picked up at Artbox stores.
Can I return Artbox goods bought online?
Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, with the product and its box untouched. You pay shipping both ways, and opened blind boxes, cosmetics, electronics and albums can't be returned unless faulty. We handle the return in Korean with Artbox or the brand.
Can I buy Artbox goods online without a Korean account?
Yes. Browse Artbox's online shop at poom.co.kr, find the items you want, and submit the product links through our order form along with any colour or set details. We purchase using our verified Korean account, so you never need to register one yourself.
How much does Order in Korea charge for Artbox orders?
Our service fee is 10% of the item's Korean won price, with a $5 minimum fee and a $20 minimum order total. Most of that fee covers PayPal processing and currency conversion rather than profit — our actual margin is roughly 2–4%.
Where can Artbox orders be delivered?
Any valid Korean address: your apartment, officetel, university dormitory, or a hotel or Airbnb you're staying at. Artbox's courier — or the brand's, for items other brands ship — delivers directly, just as it would for a Korean customer.
Can Order in Korea get limited Artbox seasonal collections before they sell out?
We purchase in-stock items promptly after you submit your order, so acting quickly helps for seasonal or character-collection drops — send us the link as soon as you see it's live. If an item sells out between your submission and our purchase attempt, we'll let you know immediately.
