How innisfree works
innisfree (이니스프리) is one of Korea's best-known skincare and makeup brands, built around ingredients sourced from Jeju Island: green tea, volcanic soil, and camellia among them. Its Korean online mall carries the brand's full lineup, and every product page shows the use-by date of the stock on sale.
무료배송Free delivery
Shown on product pages: the mall currently waives delivery on any paid order, however small. Parcels go by CJ courier.
제품사용기한Use-by date
Each product page shows the use-by date of the stock being sold, based on the soonest-expiring units, so you can see how fresh a discounted item is.
품절임박Almost sold out
A pop-up warning that only a few units are left. If it sells out before we order, we refund you in full.

Watch out for
-
Free gifts may be swappedIf a promised gift runs out, innisfree sends a substitute without notice, and promotions count from the moment of payment, not from when an item went into the cart.
-
₩5,000 for change-of-mind returnsExchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, but opened or used products can't go back and gifts must be returned too. For a change of mind you pay ₩5,000 round trip; we file it in Korean.
-
Skin reaction? A doctor's note is neededinnisfree only takes back products for skin trouble with a doctor's written opinion, and other costs stay with the buyer. Stop using the product and tell us; we contact innisfree in Korean.
Tips for ordering innisfree through us
- Send links from innisfree.com/kr/ko, not another country's store, and write the option exactly as shown on the page.
- If the same item is cheaper or in stock elsewhere in Korea, such as Olive Young or Coupang, you can send that link instead; we order from those stores too.
Why foreigners get stuck on innisfree — and what we do
The Korean mall is built for local members, though: it's all in Korean, its lowest prices go to logged-in members and certain Korean cards, and the same web address can open another country's innisfree store. Order in Korea buys on your behalf through our verified local account and your Korean delivery address, so innisfree's CJ courier delivers straight to your door, no detour through us — and if Olive Young or Coupang has your item cheaper or in stock, we can order from there instead.

innisfree — frequently asked questions
Does innisfree charge for delivery in Korea?
Not at the moment: innisfree's Korean mall currently delivers free on any order, by CJ courier. Returns are different, since a change-of-mind exchange or return costs ₩5,000 round trip within 14 days of receipt. Faulty or wrongly sent items go back free, and we handle the request in Korean.
Why did my innisfree gift differ from the one advertised?
innisfree states that when a free gift runs out, it sends a substitute without notice. Gifts and event prices also depend on the moment of payment, not on when the item was added to the cart. If a gift matters to you, say so in the notes and we'll check it's still listed when we order.
Can I order innisfree online without a Korean card?
Yes. Share the product link from innisfree's Korean site with us, along with the option and quantity, and we purchase it using our verified local account. No Korean card or phone number of your own is needed.
What does Order in Korea charge?
10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order — the full total is shown before you pay. Most of that fee covers PayPal processing and currency conversion, so our own margin comes out to roughly 2-4%.
Where can innisfree deliver my order?
Anywhere in Korea: a private apartment, dormitory, officetel, hotel, or Airbnb. We enter your Korean address on the order, and innisfree sends it by CJ courier directly to that address.
Is innisfree easier to buy at Olive Young or Coupang?
Sometimes. innisfree is also sold at Olive Young, where many items carry the 오늘드림 same-day tag, and on Coupang, and prices and stock can differ from the brand's own mall. Send whichever link has your item at the best price or in stock and we order from that store; if an Olive Young is on your way, you can also simply pick it up there.
