How FILA works
FILA (휠라) has an outsized presence in South Korea, where it's one of the most popular sportswear brands across all ages. Its official Korean store, fila.co.kr, is run by Misto Korea (미스토코리아), part of the Misto Holdings group, and sells FILA sneakers, athletic apparel, underwear and kids' lines, with same-day 오늘 도착 for members in Seoul.

Exchanges can turn into refundsAn exchange takes about 5–7 business days, and if the new size sells out meanwhile, FILA converts it into a refund. For a popular size, ordering the new size straight away can be quicker.

Members in Seoul can use 오늘 도착 for same-day delivery by ordering before 11:50am on a weekday, at ₩5,000 per box. Shipping is free from ₩30,000.
What does it cost to return or exchange FILA shoes?
An exchange costs ₩6,000, and a return costs ₩6,000 on orders from ₩30,000 or ₩3,000 on smaller orders. Shoes must be unworn, with the brand box and its QR label intact. We book the CJ pickup and handle the Korean paperwork for you.

Send us the product link with your size, pay by PayPal, and we place the order from the genuine official store with your Korean address as the delivery address.
How much does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a minimum order of $20 — shown in your currency before you pay. Most of that covers real cost, not profit: PayPal takes roughly 4.4% plus $0.30, and currency conversion adds another 3-4%, leaving us a margin of about 2-4%.
Where can my FILA order be delivered?
Any Korean address — your apartment, dormitory, hotel, or Airbnb. We enter it as the delivery address on the order itself, so the courier delivers straight there, and we take the confirmation call in Korean if it comes.
How does FILA Korea sizing work for sneakers and apparel?
FILA Korea lists sneakers in millimetres, from 220 to 290, and each apparel item has its own size chart on the product page. Put your foot length or usual mm size in the Option field, and note your measurements in the order if you'd like us to double-check before buying.
