The brand packs and sends it on weekdays, usually within 3 working days of payment. The date shown is an estimate with a likelihood (%), not a promise.

Sizes are Korean and measured flat실측 사이즈 (measured size) tables are in cm and taken flat, so 가슴단면 (chest width) is half the chest: double it to compare. Shoes are listed in mm (265 = 26.5 cm), and a size exchange costs the return fee.
Tips for ordering Musinsa through us
- One product's sizes can ship differently: after picking your size, check whether it says 도착보장 (guaranteed, ships same day) or 도착 예정 (estimated, the brand ships it).

Items showing 도착 예정 (estimated arrival) are stocked and shipped by the brand itself, and its stock count on Musinsa can lag behind sales in its own shop or elsewhere, so the brand cancels the order as 품절 취소 (sold-out cancellation). We refund you in full and can check whether another size or colour is still in stock. 무배당발 items already sit in Musinsa's logistics centre, so it's less likely there.
How fast is Musinsa delivery, and what does 무배당발 mean?
무배당발 (free shipping, same-day dispatch) items are stocked in Musinsa's logistics centre: paid by 10 pm, they come with a guaranteed arrival date, usually the next day, and Seoul and most areas get Sunday deliveries. Everything else is sent by the brand on weekdays, mostly within 3 working days, with an estimated date on the page. Jeju and remote islands get no guaranteed date and may pay extra shipping.
Can I return or exchange a Musinsa item, and what does it cost?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it's unused with tags, packaging and shoe box intact. For a change of mind the brand's round-trip shipping fee (₩6,000 on most items we checked) is deducted from the refund, while faulty or wrong items are free. We file the request in Korean and arrange the courier pickup. Opened underwear or socks and made-to-order pieces can't be returned.

How much does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item's price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order. Most of that covers PayPal's processing fee and currency conversion — our actual margin is roughly 2-4%. You see the full total before you pay.
Where can you deliver my Musinsa order?
Any address in Korea: an apartment or officetel, a university dorm, a hotel or Airbnb, even an office. It ships from Musinsa's logistics centre or straight from the brand by a regular Korean courier, and we handle the Korean-language call to arrange drop-off.
