No change-of-mind returns after assemblyOnce iloom furniture is installed or its plastic wrap is torn, change-of-mind returns aren't accepted, and opened mattresses or toppers can't be returned. Cancelling before installation still costs delivery and the installer's call-out fee.

The room has to be readyiloom needs about twice the item's footprint to assemble it, wardrobes need more than 2.27 m of ceiling, and some pieces must be fixed to the wall. If installation fails for these reasons, the costs fall on you.

Stairs can mean a ladder truckWith no elevator, delivery to the 3rd floor or higher (2nd for motion beds) and an order of ₩1,000,000 or more, a ladder truck is required — at your cost.

How long does iloom take to deliver, and can I choose the time?
iloom aims to deliver and install within five days of the order, though January to March is its busy season and can be slower. You can't book the hour in advance: the installer confirms the visit time the day before, and we take that call for you. The date itself can be changed up to three working days before delivery.
Is iloom delivery and installation really free?
Yes on the mainland — delivery and assembly are included in the price, while Jeju costs about 4% of the list price extra and other islands can only order parcel-shipped items. Extras such as a ladder truck, elevator fees or moving other furniture are charged separately. Taking iloom furniture apart and reinstalling it after a move is also a paid service.
Can I buy from iloom (일룸) without a Korean account or phone number?
Yes. iloom.com itself needs a Korean account and phone verification, but you can skip that through Order in Korea — copy the product link from iloom.com and send it to us with the option, quantity, and won price, and we place the order on a verified Korean account.
How much does an iloom order cost through Order in Korea?
Our fee is 10% of the item price with a $5 minimum, and total orders must reach $20. Most of that fee covers PayPal processing and currency conversion rather than profit — our actual margin is around 2-4% — and you'll see the exact figure before paying.
Where can my iloom furniture be delivered?
Any Korean address — apartment, officetel, dormitory, or house. We enter the address correctly so iloom's own delivery team brings the item straight to your door; there's no separate shipping leg and everything stays inside Korea.
How do I know an iloom desk or bed will fit my room?
Product pages list exact dimensions in centimeters, but they're in Korean — if you're unsure, tell us the model and we'll confirm the measurements before we order, and we can also relay any Korean-language assembly or installation notes from iloom.
