Honest pricing
You pay the Korean price of the item, plus one service fee — and here’s exactly where that fee goes.

PayPal takes 4–5% of every payment we receive plus a fixed fee per order, and converting your currency into Korean won costs another 2–3%. What’s left — around 2–4% — is what actually pays for placing your order, checking your address, answering the courier in Korean, and sorting out returns.
Orders over $1,000 cost less
For large orders you can pay by Wise transfer instead of PayPal. It avoids most of the payment-processing and currency-conversion cost, so we discount our service fee accordingly. Contact us before you order and we’ll quote it.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you pay, we tell you right away and refund it in full.
