How do I order from Korean stores as a foreigner?

Paste the product link, option, quantity and Korean-won price into our order form, verify your email with a one-time code, and pay in your own currency with PayPal. We place and pay for the order on the Korean store with your Korean address, so the store's own courier delivers it straight to your door. We are not a package forwarder.

How much does it cost?

You pay the Korean retail price of the item plus a service fee of 10% (minimum 5 USD), on a minimum order of 20 USD. We do not mark the product up, and the full total is shown before you pay. Most of the fee is cost rather than profit: PayPal takes about 4.4% plus $0.30 per payment and currency conversion costs roughly 3.8% more, leaving a margin of about 2-4%.

How do I pay? Do I need a Korean card?

You pay with PayPal in USD, EUR and more, covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. No Korean card or phone number is needed.

Can you deliver to a hotel or Airbnb in Korea?

Yes. We deliver to any address in Korea, including hotels and Airbnbs, and handle courier contact in Korean for you.

PayPal takes 4–5% of every payment we receive plus a fixed fee per order, and converting your currency into Korean won costs another 2–3%. What's left — around 2–4% — is what actually pays for placing your order, checking your address, answering the courier in Korean, and sorting out returns.

Orders over $1,000 cost less

For large orders you can pay by Wise transfer instead of PayPal. It avoids most of the payment-processing and currency-conversion cost, so we discount our service fee accordingly. Contact us before you order and we'll quote it.
