  • Keep the shoe box perfectReturns within 7 days are refused if tags, stickers, bags or the shoe box are damaged or removed, including tape or labels stuck on the box. Unbox carefully; we arrange the CJ pickup in Korean.

How long does Descente delivery take?

Weekday orders placed before 3pm ship the same day by CJ courier, and delivery usually takes 3–5 days after payment. If the online stock is gone, Descente pulls it from stores, which can take more than 7 days, and multi-item orders may arrive in parts. Shipping is free for members, while non-members pay ₩3,000 under ₩30,000.

Can I order from Descente Korea's DK-ON store as a foreigner?

Yes. Send us the product link from dk-on.com with the colour and size, pay us by PayPal, and we place the order on our account and pay with a Korean card — no Korean checkout, phone or card on your side. The same goes for the other DK-ON brands, such as Descente Golf, MoveSport, Le Coq Sportif, Munsingwear and Umbro.

What fee does Order in Korea charge?

We charge 10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a minimum order of $20 — shown in your currency before you pay. Most of that covers real cost, not profit: PayPal takes about 4.4% plus $0.30, and currency conversion adds another 3-4%, leaving us a margin of roughly 2-4%.

Where can my Descente order be delivered?

Any Korean address — your apartment, dormitory, hotel, or Airbnb. We enter it as the delivery address on the order itself, so the courier delivers straight there, and we take the confirmation call in Korean if it comes.

How does Descente Korea sizing work?

DK-ON follows Korean size charts: tops in numbers such as 100 or 105, and shoes in millimetres. Put your usual size or foot length in the Option field, and note your chest, waist or inseam measurements in the order if you'd like us to double-check before buying.
