Emart Mall (이마트몰), run through the SSG.com platform, is the online storefront of Emart, Korea's largest hypermarket chain. It stocks the same enormous range you'd find walking the aisles in person — everyday Korean groceries, fresh produce, household brands, baby products, and electronics accessories — which makes it the closest thing to a full hypermarket run without leaving your building.

Order by 11 PM and it arrives by 7 AM in the capital area, Chungcheong and major cities. CJ Logistics carries these boxes to your door.

If substitutes are allowed at checkout, a sold-out item is swapped for a similar one without asking first — weight or count can differ. If not, that item is refunded.

Why foreigners get stuck on Emart Mall — and what we do
The problem is that SSG.com's checkout still wants a Korean mobile number for verification and a Korean-issued card to pay, even if you're ordering from an apartment a few blocks from the nearest Emart. Order in Korea removes that step: send us the product link, price, and quantity, pay us by PayPal, and we place the order on a verified Korean account with your Korean address as the delivery address. What's the difference between 쓱 주간배송 and 쓱 새벽배송?
주간배송 (daytime) comes from the Emart store assigned to your address in a time slot you pick — the same day if ordered by early afternoon. 새벽배송 (dawn) arrives by 7 AM when ordered by 11 PM, but only in the capital area, Chungcheong and major cities. We use whichever your address and timing allow.
What happens if something in my Emart Mall order is out of stock?
Emart picks from store shelves, so items sometimes run out after payment. If you allowed substitutes, a similar item is sent; if not, the missing item is cancelled. Either way we let you know, and you get a full refund for anything that isn't delivered.
Can I shop Emart Mall without a Korean phone number or card?
Yes. Emart Mall itself requires both, but you don't need either through us. Send us the product link and pay by PayPal — we place the order on our verified Korean account, so you never have to pass Emart's own registration or card check.
What does Order in Korea charge for an Emart Mall order?
Our fee is 10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order — shown in full before you pay. Most of that fee covers PayPal's processing cost and currency conversion, so our own margin is only around 2-4%.
