쓱 주간배송SSG daytime delivery (formerly 쓱배송)
Emart groceries packed at the store serving your address and brought in a time slot: same day for orders by about 1–2 pm, or a slot up to 3 days ahead.
쓱 새벽배송SSG dawn delivery
Order by the late-evening cut-off for your area and it arrives by 7 am. Available in the Seoul area, Chungcheong and major cities only.
스타배송Star Delivery
Beauty, pet and living items delivered by CJ Logistics on a guaranteed date: order by 11 pm for next day nationwide, except some remote areas. Free from ₩20,000.

What's the difference between 쓱 주간배송 and 쓱 새벽배송 on SSG.COM?
쓱 주간배송 (the old 쓱배송) brings Emart groceries from the store that serves your address, the same day for orders placed by about 1–2 pm or in a slot up to three days ahead. 쓱 새벽배송 is ordered by the late-evening cut-off and arrives by 7 am, but only in the Seoul area, Chungcheong and major cities. Both currently cost ₩3,000 under ₩40,000, so tell us in the order notes which one suits you.
Can I buy from SSG.com without a Shinsegae membership?
Yes. SSG.com ties accounts to Shinsegae's membership system, which requires Korean identity verification most foreigners in Korea can't complete. Send us the listing link and option, pay by PayPal, and we place the order on our own verified SSG.com account.
What does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item price, with a $5 minimum and a $20 minimum order, shown before you pay. Most of it covers real costs — PayPal takes about 4.4% plus $0.30, and currency conversion adds roughly 3–4% — leaving an actual margin of about 2–4%.
Where will my SSG.com order be delivered?
Any Korean address you give us: an apartment, an officetel, a hotel or Airbnb, or an office. We enter it exactly as SSG.com's system expects, and each item comes directly from the Emart store, department store or seller — the parcel never passes through us.
Can you order fresh or frozen groceries from Emart through SSG.com?
Yes. Emart groceries come in a daytime slot (쓱 주간배송, formerly 쓱배송) or before 7 am (쓱 새벽배송, only in the Seoul area, Chungcheong and major cities), packed at the Emart store that serves your address. We check stock and slots against your address before placing the order, and perishables arrive on SSG.com's schedule, not ours.
