How YES24 works
YES24 (예스24) is one of Korea's largest online retailers for books, music and entertainment, and a key destination for K-pop fans chasing official album pre-orders and pre-order benefits (특전) such as photocards. Its catalogue spans Korean-language literature, academic titles, DVDs and a music section that rivals any dedicated record store.
총알배송Bullet Delivery
Items tagged 당일배송, 아침배송 or 하루배송. In the capital area: paid by 1pm on weekdays arrives today, paid 1–9pm arrives before 7am, paid later arrives tomorrow.
저녁특급Evening Express
Paid add-on where available: ordered by 4:30pm, it arrives before midnight the same day.
업체배송Seller shipping
Shipped by the maker or a partner rather than YES24, with its own fee and return rules (Franklin Planner, for example, charges ₩2,500 under ₩30,000).
Before you order from YES24
Watch out for
-
Opened albums can't be returnedCD, LP and DVD change-of-mind returns are accepted only with the shrink-wrap intact, within 10 days of dispatch, and you pay return shipping. For visible damage, report it before opening; we file the claim in Korean.
-
Cut-offs follow payment time총알배송 depends on when payment clears, and YES24 moves cut-offs earlier on busy days and holidays. We order after your PayPal payment, so an order paid after 1pm becomes 아침배송 or 하루배송 in the capital area.
-
Two kinds of used books예스24배송 중고 are checked and shipped by YES24 (free from ₩15,000), while 회원이 판매하는 중고 come from individual sellers with their own fees and condition notes. We can ask a seller about condition in Korean before buying.
Tips for ordering YES24 through us
- Buying an album under ₩20,000? Add any book: with a book in the order, everything ships free from ₩15,000.
- For a used book, send the exact listing link, not the book's main page, so we buy that copy with its grade and seller.
- Need it early tomorrow? Order by mid-afternoon and check that the product page shows 아침배송 for your address.
Why foreigners get stuck on YES24 — and what we do
YES24 does run Global YES24 in English and Chinese, which accepts PayPal, so check it first. But the main Korean store — the full range, used books and fast 총알배송 to Korean addresses — has a Korean-only checkout built around Korean identity verification and Korean payment methods. Order in Korea places the order there for you on a verified local account and has it delivered directly to your Korean address.

YES24 — frequently asked questions
How fast does YES24 deliver in Seoul?
For items tagged for 총알배송, payment by 1pm on a weekday means delivery today, payment between 1pm and 9pm means delivery before 7am tomorrow, and later payments arrive tomorrow. Other cities have earlier cut-offs, and untagged items ship within about 2 days. Leave time before the cut-off, since we place the order after you pay.
YES24 has an English site. Do I still need you?
Global YES24 sells K-pop albums, books and DVDs in English and Chinese and accepts PayPal, so check it first. The main Korean store carries the full range, used books and 총알배송 to Korean addresses, and that is the store we order from. Send us the www.yes24.com link with the option and price, and we handle the Korean checkout.
Can I buy K-pop pre-orders from YES24 without a Korean account?
Yes. Share the pre-order page link and your preferred album version with us, and we place the order on our verified local account as soon as the pre-order window opens. You never need to create a YES24 account yourself.
What does Order in Korea charge for YES24 purchases?
Our service fee is 10% of the item's price in Korean won, with a $5 minimum fee and a $20 minimum order total. Most of that fee covers PayPal processing and currency conversion rather than profit — our real margin is roughly 2–4%. You see the full total before you pay.
How do I pay if I don't have a Korean payment method?
You pay Order in Korea through PayPal in your own currency, with PayPal Buyer Protection applying to the transaction. You never need a Korean credit card, Korean bank account or any Korean payment credential.
Can you get my YES24 order to my dormitory or officetel in Korea?
Yes. We enter any valid Korean address — a university dormitory, officetel, hotel or Airbnb — as the delivery address, and YES24's courier (or the seller's, for 업체배송 items) delivers there directly. Add any delivery notes to your order; we handle courier coordination in Korean and update you in English.
