The brand ships it and the courier collects the delivery fee on arrival; the amount depends on the brand and the address.

Why did my 10x10 order arrive in several boxes?
10x10 ships its own stock (텐텐배송) from its logistics centre in Pocheon, but many design brands ship their products directly. Each brand sends its own parcel with its own shipping fee, usually 1–5 days after payment, and made-to-order items take longer. Tracking and courier calls come separately for each parcel, and we take those calls in Korean.
Can I return something I bought on 10x10?
Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, with the item unused and its packaging intact. For 텐텐배송 items ₩5,000 round-trip shipping is deducted, while brand items follow each brand's own return fee and address. We handle the Korean return process, but sale, engraved and made-to-order items can't be returned for change of mind.
How do I order from 10x10 without a Korean card?
10x10 has not accepted foreign-issued cards since March 2023, so find the item on 10x10.co.kr, copy the product link, and submit it through the Order in Korea order form along with the colour, size or option you want. We place the order using our verified Korean account and confirm with you in English at each step.
How much does it cost to use Order in Korea for 10x10 purchases?
The service fee is 10% of the item's Korean won price, with a $5 minimum fee and a $20 minimum order total. Most of that fee covers PayPal processing and currency conversion rather than profit — our actual margin is roughly 2–4%.
Can I pay with PayPal for a 10x10 order?
Yes. You pay Order in Korea directly through PayPal in your own currency, with PayPal Buyer Protection applying to the transaction. You don't need a Korean payment method or bank account.
Can 10x10 goods be delivered to my dormitory or short-term rental?
Yes. We enter any valid Korean address — a dormitory, officetel, hotel or Airbnb — as the delivery address, and 10x10's courier (or the brand's) delivers directly there. Provide the full address and any relevant dates when you place your order.
