MUSTIT (머스트잇) is one of South Korea's leading online luxury marketplaces, where independent shops, importers and boutiques list new designer handbags, watches, shoes, and accessories from top European and global houses, plus outlet and used sections. MUSTIT doesn't inspect each item itself; it screens its sellers instead.

Ordered before the seller's cut-off, it leaves the same day; after the cut-off it shows 빠른출발 and leaves the next weekday. MUSTIT warns a seller may still miss the same day.

깜짝배송Same-day courier

MUSTIT's same-day tag ('오늘 바로 도착', arrives today): the item goes by quick courier and can reach you the same day. Only some sellers offer it.

해외배송Ships from outside Korea

Sent by a seller outside Korea (also 해외직배송): takes longer and needs the recipient's personal clearance code (개인통관고유부호). MUSTIT only counts it as late after 20 business days.

Need it soon? Send a listing marked 오늘출발 or 국내배송 (ships from Korea); the same model often has several sellers (가격비교) with different delivery types.
For items marked 해외배송, add the recipient's personal clearance code (개인통관고유부호) to the order notes, under the same name as the recipient.

How long does MUSTIT delivery take?

It depends on the delivery type on the listing. 오늘출발 items ordered before the seller's cut-off leave the same day, and 깜짝배송 items can arrive that day. 해외배송 items ship from outside Korea, take longer and need the recipient's personal clearance code (개인통관고유부호); MUSTIT treats Korean deliveries as late after 10 business days and those from outside Korea after 20.

Are MUSTIT products authentic?

MUSTIT is a marketplace, so it doesn't inspect each item: it screens sellers, grades them on their complaint record and makes mystery purchases. We check the seller's rating and the listing details before we buy. If you want an item inspected before it reaches you, KREAM and SoldOut work that way.

Can I order from MUSTIT if I don't have a Korean card or phone number?

What does Order in Korea charge?

Our fee is 10% of the item price, with a $5 minimum and a $20 minimum order, shown before you pay. Most of that fee covers real costs — PayPal charges around 4.4% plus a fixed fee, and currency conversion adds a few percent more — so our own margin works out to roughly 2–4%.

Where in Korea can you deliver my MUSTIT order?

Any Korean address: an apartment, officetel, university dormitory, hotel, or Airbnb. We enter your address as the delivery address when we place the order, so the seller's courier delivers straight to your door — your order never passes through us.

What if the item doesn't fit or arrives different from the listing?

Tell us and we'll handle the exchange or return in Korean on your behalf. Each MUSTIT seller sets its own return and exchange rules and fees, and those still apply when we file it for you.
