Pre-order and funding terms are strictOnce a pre-order period closes, cancelling, exchanging or returning may no longer be possible. Other returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, unused, with tags and packaging intact.

오늘출발 (ships today) means the brand aims to send the parcel within about one working day of payment. 순차배송 (ships in turn) marks a pre-order or reorder: dispatch starts on the date shown and runs in order of payment, which can be weeks away. Ordinary items usually leave within 2–3 working days.
Is wconcept.com the same as W Concept Korea?
No. W Concept's own help centre says wconcept.co.kr takes orders and delivers only inside Korea, and it points people living outside Korea to the separate global site, wconcept.com. If you're in Korea, the Korean site is the one to use: we order there for you and it comes to your Korean address.
Can I buy from W Concept without a Korean account or card?
Yes. You don't need to register on wconcept.co.kr at all. Send us the product link with size and colour, and we buy it using our own verified Korean account.
What does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item's price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order — most of that is PayPal's processing cost and currency conversion, not profit. The total is shown before you confirm payment.
Can you deliver to my accommodation while I'm visiting Korea?
Yes, to any Korean address — a hotel, Airbnb, officetel, or dormitory. We enter it in the correct format so each brand's courier can find you, and we take the delivery call in Korean.
Will I get the same discount price a Korean member would see?
You pay the Korean price listed on the product page. Member-only coupons and discount codes belong to a personal account, so they can't be counted on; enter the price shown to everyone and we'll confirm the total before we buy.
