Exchanges cover size, not colourExchanges are for another size or a fault only; a colour swap works only at the same price. If the new size is out of stock, Handsome refunds instead. Exchange shipping is ₩6,000 round trip unless it is their fault.

Keep the return tag attachedAsk within 7 days of receiving the item; the parcel must then reach Handsome within 7 days. Removing the attached return tag (반품 안내 TAG) voids the return, so try clothes on with it still on.

Partial returns can cost moreReturn part of a free-shipped order and leave less than ₩30,000, and the return costs ₩6,000 instead of ₩3,000. Refunds are made within 5 business days after Handsome accepts the returned item.
Tips for ordering The Handsome through us
- Handsome uses Korean numeric sizes (a men's jacket in 105, say) rather than S/M/L: check the 실측사이즈 (measured size) tab in cm and put your usual size in the Note.
- If a piece shows the 인기상품 notice, order at least a week before you need it, since it is gathered from shops first.
- Settle on the colour before ordering: a different colour means a return and a new order, not an exchange.

For a change of mind, ₩6,000 if your order shipped free, or ₩3,000 if you paid for delivery, deducted from the refund. An exchange for another size costs ₩6,000 round trip, and faulty or wrong items go back free. Ask within 7 days of delivery and keep the return tag attached; we file the return in Korean.
Can I use The Handsome's English site instead?
Handsome's English service is meant for delivery outside Korea. Orders to a Korean address go through the Korean site, which is where we buy for you, so you get Korean prices and domestic delivery straight to your door.
Can I buy from The Handsome without Korean ID or a Korean card?
Yes. Through Order in Korea you don't need a Handsome account, a resident number, or a Korean card. Send us the product link with size and colour, and we complete the purchase on our verified account.
What does Order in Korea charge for a Handsome order?
Our fee is 10% of the Korean won item price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order. Most of that covers PayPal processing and currency conversion — our margin is roughly 2-4%, shown before you pay.
