Partner brands ship on their own schedules, and part of an order may arrive first.
Can I return or exchange an SSF Shop order?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if the item is unworn and unwashed with tags and box intact. A change-of-mind return costs ₩2,500, or ₩5,000 if the rest of your order drops below ₩39,900, and an exchange for another size costs ₩5,000; faulty items go back free. We file it in Korean and the courier collects it from your address.
Can I buy Beanpole or 8seconds without a Korean account?
Yes. Through Order in Korea you don't need an SSF Shop account or Korean identity verification. Send us the product link with your size and colour, and we complete the purchase on our verified account.
What does Order in Korea charge for an SSF Shop order?
