Samsung Electronics Korea (삼성전자) sells its domestic lineup directly at samsung.com/sec (삼성닷컴): Galaxy phones, Galaxy Book laptops, TVs and home appliances in their Korean-market models. Standard delivery is free, and large appliances arrive with Samsung's own delivery-and-installation crews.

Large appliances must be installedSamsung won't just drop off TVs from 138cm, side-by-side or Bespoke fridges, washers from 7kg, dryers or AirDressers; if installation can't happen, delivery is held or returned. The installer calls ahead, and we take that call.

Short return windowReturns must be requested within 7 business days of delivery, and installed products without a defect can't be returned. A faulty phone or cellular laptop gets 14 days with a service-centre report; we handle the Korean paperwork.
Tips for ordering Samsung through us
- Put the model code (for example NT740VJK-KC51G) and colour in the Option field; Samsung lists many near-identical Galaxy Book configurations.
- Check the OS line on Galaxy Books: some models are sold as Linux (Windows 미포함), which means Windows is not included.
- For appliances, write your preferred delivery date and whether the building has a lift in the note; Samsung texts the day before and the installer calls on the way.

In-stock items arrive within about 3 business days on free standard delivery. Items tagged 오늘보장(배송) arrive the same day, by midnight, if ordered by noon for a Seoul, Gyeonggi or Incheon address, for ₩5,000 per order. Because we place the order after you pay, send it early in the morning if you want the same-day option.
Can Samsung.com deliver and install a fridge or washer on a set day?
Yes. Samsung's own crews deliver and install large appliances on the date you choose, and the paid 시간 맞춤 설치 option adds a 2-hour time slot within 7 days (₩20,000–70,000). Items tagged 오늘보장(설치) can be installed the same day for ₩100,000 when ordered by noon on a weekday. Samsung texts the day before and the installer calls ahead, and we handle those calls in Korean.
Can I order from Samsung.com Korea as a foreigner without a Korean card?
Yes. Samsung.com Korea lets you check out as a guest, but payment runs on Korean cards and Korean payment methods. Send us the product link with the model code and colour, pay us by PayPal, and we pay Samsung with a Korean card — you get a genuine product from the official store, with the Korean manufacturer's warranty.
What does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a minimum order of $20 — shown in your currency before you pay. Most of that covers real cost, not profit: PayPal takes roughly 4.4% plus $0.30, and currency conversion adds another 3-4%, leaving us a margin of about 2-4%.
Where can my Samsung order be delivered?
Any Korean address — your apartment, officetel, dormitory, hotel, or Airbnb. We enter it as the delivery address on the order itself, so Samsung's courier or installation crew delivers straight there, and we take the confirmation call in Korean if it comes.
Will a Samsung product bought in Korea work with my carrier?
Samsung Korea phones use Korean carrier bands, which can differ from the bands used elsewhere — worth checking against the model number if you plan to use a non-Korean SIM. For anyone living in Korea on a Korean carrier, this isn't a concern at all.
