How KREAM works
KREAM (크림) is South Korea's dominant sneaker and streetwear resale and authentication platform, where buyers and sellers transact on the most sought-after footwear and apparel releases in the market. It covers everything from Nike and Jordan Brand to adidas, New Balance, premium streetwear labels and luxury, and resale items pass through KREAM's own inspection centre before they ship; items marked 브랜드배송 (Brand Delivery) come straight from the official brand instead.
빠른배송Fast Delivery
Already inspected and stored at KREAM, so it ships at once and arrives in 1–2 days. Look for the green lightning mark on the size. Shipping ₩5,000; cancellable only within 30 minutes.

New and unworn, but with a minor flaw that KREAM shows in its inspection photos before you buy. No returns for a change of mind or a wrong size.
브랜드배송Brand Delivery
Sold and shipped by the official brand rather than a reseller, so KREAM does not inspect it. Returns and exchanges go through the brand; change-of-mind returns cost a fee.
해외배송Ships from outside Korea

Almost no cancelling or returnsResale trades can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size. Cancelling is free for 30 minutes after payment, costs ₩5,000 until the seller ships, then isn't possible; 빠른배송 only in the first 30 minutes.

Inspection holds need a fast answerIf an item has a small flaw, KREAM puts it on 검수 보류 (inspection hold) and gives the buyer 24 hours to accept or decline; no answer counts as accepting. If it fails inspection outright, we refund you in full.

Some addresses can't take KREAM parcelsIf the courier can't deliver to an address, such as inside some military bases, the parcel is refused and sent back, and the extra shipping is charged to the buyer. Give us an address an ordinary courier can reach.

- Fine with a tiny flaw? Send the 95점 listing for your size instead; KREAM's inspection photos show exactly what's wrong before you buy.
- Keep the KREAM inspection tag attached until you've checked the item: KREAM won't accept a claim once the tag is removed.
Why foreigners get stuck on KREAM — and what we do
The catch is that buying on KREAM requires a Korean mobile number to register and a Korean payment method to check out, which locks out most foreigners in Korea even if they're standing right here. Order in Korea places the order for you on a verified local account, with your Korean address entered as the delivery address — once the item clears KREAM's inspection, or the brand ships it, it comes directly to your door, whether that's a dorm, officetel, or hotel.

What fees does KREAM add to the listed price?
KREAM adds a buyer fee, currently 3% of the price plus VAT (2% for Chanel and Hermès bags and Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet and Vacheron Constantin watches), capped at ₩300,000, plus shipping of ₩3,000, or ₩5,000 for 빠른배송 (Fast Delivery). Inspection itself is free, and KREAM sometimes runs fee discounts. So the Korean total is a little above the 즉시 구매가 (buy-now price) on the listing: include these charges in the ₩ price on your order, and we check it against the live listing before we buy.
How long does a KREAM order take to arrive?
Standard orders (일반배송) are inspected first: the seller has 48 hours, not counting Sundays and holidays, to send the item to KREAM's inspection centre, and KREAM estimates 5–7 business days in all. 빠른배송 (Fast Delivery) items are already inspected and stored, so they arrive in 1–2 days. 해외배송 items ship from outside Korea and take about 15–20 days, while 브랜드배송 (Brand Delivery) items come straight from the brand.
Is every KREAM item checked for authenticity?
Resale items are. The seller ships to KREAM's inspection centre and only items that pass are sent on; if an item fails, the trade is cancelled and we refund you in full. The exception is 브랜드배송 (Brand Delivery): those items come straight from the official brand and KREAM does not inspect them.
Can I buy on KREAM without a Korean phone number?
Yes — through Order in Korea. KREAM itself requires a Korean mobile number to register, but we hold a verified account and place the order for you. You send us the listing link and we handle the KREAM side directly.
What does Order in Korea charge on a KREAM order?
Our fee is 10% of the item's listed price, with a $5 minimum and a $20 minimum order, shown before you confirm. Most of that fee covers real costs — PayPal's charges and currency conversion — so our own margin is roughly 2–4%.
Where does my KREAM order get delivered?
Any Korean address you give us — a dorm, officetel, apartment, or hotel. We enter it as the delivery address when we place the order, so once the item clears KREAM's inspection, or the brand ships it for 브랜드배송 items, the courier delivers straight to you. It never passes through us.
Can I return a KREAM purchase if it doesn't fit?
Not a resale trade: KREAM doesn't accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size, so double-check your size in millimetres before you order. 브랜드배송 (Brand Delivery) items are the exception — their returns go through the brand, with a fee for a change of mind — and we handle that process in Korean.
