Can I exchange a North Face Korea jacket for another size?

Not directly online: you return the item within 10 days of receipt, unworn with tags attached, and place a new order in the size you want. The North Face suggests re-ordering right away so the new size ships sooner. We handle the return and the new order in Korean.

Yes. The official store allows guest orders, but payment is by card only through a Korean payment page. Send us the product link with the product code, colour and size, pay by PayPal, and we place the order for delivery to your Korean address — White Label pieces included.

How does Order in Korea's fee work?

We charge 10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a minimum order of $20 — shown in your currency before you pay. Most of that covers real cost, not profit: PayPal takes about 4.4% plus $0.30, and currency conversion adds another 3-4%, leaving us a margin of roughly 2-4%.

Where will my order be delivered?

Any Korean address — your apartment, dormitory, hotel, or Airbnb. We enter it as the delivery address on the order itself, so the courier delivers straight there, and we take the confirmation call in Korean if it comes.

How does The North Face Korea sizing compare to what I normally wear?

Each product page has its own size chart, and fit differs from one line to another. Put the product code and your usual size or measurements in the order notes so we can double-check before buying — there's no direct size swap, only a return and a new order.
