No exchange for a shade you don't likeChicor only exchanges items that arrive faulty, damaged or wrong. A shade or size that just isn't right has to be returned within 7 days of delivery, with a ₩2,500 pickup fee taken off the refund, and ordered again.

Sold-out items get cancelledIf an item turns out to be out of stock, Chicor cancels it, usually within 2 working days. Some items also have daily purchase limits, and very large quantities can be held or cancelled. Either way we refund you in full.

Keep the box until you're sureReturns close 7 days after delivery, and an item that has been used, or whose case is damaged or missing, can't go back. Leave the packaging intact until you've checked the product.
Tips for ordering Chicor through us
- Double-check the shade or size before ordering: Chicor won't swap it for a change of mind, so a wrong pick means a paid return and a new order.
- Keep one order at ₩30,000 or more for free delivery; below that Chicor charges ₩2,500.
- If timing matters, send your order early on a weekday: Chicor ships the same day only for orders paid before 2 pm, and later or weekend orders go the next working day.
Why foreigners get stuck on Chicor — and what we do
Chicor's online store is Korean-only, though: shade names, options and the order form are all in Korean, and checkout asks for a Korean mobile number. Its FAQ does list foreign credit cards and guest orders, so if you read Korean you may manage on your own; if not, Order in Korea places the order for you with your Korean delivery address, and CJ Logistics brings it from Chicor straight to wherever you're staying.

Can I exchange a Chicor product for a different shade or size?
Not as an exchange. Chicor only exchanges items that arrive faulty, damaged or wrong; for a change of mind the item must go back unused, in an undamaged case, within 7 days of delivery, and a ₩2,500 pickup fee (₩5,000 if the return takes the order under ₩30,000) comes off the refund. We file the return in Korean and can then order the shade you want.
How long does Chicor delivery take?
Orders paid before 2 pm on a weekday leave Chicor's logistics centre the same day; later ones go the next working day. CJ Logistics then usually delivers within 1–3 days. Delivery is ₩2,500 and free on orders of ₩30,000 or more, and holidays such as Chuseok add delays.
Can I buy from Chicor as a foreigner?
Chicor's FAQ lists foreign credit cards and guest orders, so if you read Korean and have a Korean mobile number, you may be able to check out yourself. If not, send Order in Korea the product link, option and quantity: we place the order in Korean with our verified account, and you pay us by PayPal in your own currency.
What does Order in Korea charge for a Chicor order?
10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order, shown in full before you pay. A large share of that fee is PayPal's payment processing and currency conversion cost, so our own margin is only around 2-4%.
Where will my Chicor order be delivered?
To any address in Korea: your apartment, officetel, dormitory, or hotel. We enter your Korean address on the order and CJ Logistics delivers it directly from Chicor — nothing passes through us first.
What if I need to exchange or return a Chicor item?
Tell us what's wrong and we'll handle the Korean-language exchange or return process with Chicor directly on your behalf, the same as we would for the original order.
