How Anua works
Anua (아누아) has become one of Korea's most talked-about skincare brands, built around the Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner — a heartleaf-extract formula known for calming redness and balancing sensitive, acne-prone skin. Its English site, anua.com, sells in dollars to a list of countries that doesn't include Korea, so here you buy from the won-priced Korean store at anua.kr, run by The Founders, or from Olive Young and Coupang, which stock Anua too.
Before you order from Anua
Watch out for
-
Sets must be returned wholeFor a refund, every item in a set has to come back; part of a set can't be returned. Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and cost ₩6,000 round trip.
-
Skin reactions need a dermatologist's noteReturns for a skin reaction need a dermatologist's diagnosis and must be made within 30 days of delivery. Stop using the product, keep it, and tell us; we contact Anua in Korean.
-
Free delivery from ₩40,000, not ₩30,000Product pages show free delivery from ₩40,000, while an older line in the shop guide still says ₩30,000; the amount at checkout is what counts. Jeju and island addresses cost more.
Tips for ordering Anua through us
- Send the www.anua.kr product link: anua.co.kr only redirects there, and anua.com can't deliver to Korea.
- If you've seen your item cheaper at Olive Young or on Coupang, send that link instead; we order from those stores too.
Why foreigners get stuck on Anua — and what we do
The Korean store is Korean-only, though, from the product options to the order form and payment step. Order in Korea places the order for you, using your Korean address as the delivery address, so CJ Logistics brings it straight to your door — the parcel never passes through us.

Anua — frequently asked questions
Is anua.com the same as Anua's Korean store?
No. anua.com sells in dollars and ships to a fixed list of countries that doesn't include Korea, while the Korean store at anua.kr sells in won and delivers by CJ Logistics. Send us the anua.kr link and we order it to your Korean address.
Can I return part of an Anua set?
No. Anua requires every item in a set to come back for a refund, within 7 days of delivery and unused, and a change of mind costs ₩6,000 round trip. Faulty or wrongly sent items go back free, and we handle the request in Korean.
Can I order Anua from the Korean store without a Korean card or account?
Yes. Paste the Anua product link, option, and quantity into our order form and pay with PayPal in your own currency. We place and pay for the order on the Korean store with our own verified account, so no Korean card or local number is needed from you.
What does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item price, with a $5 minimum, and a $20 minimum order total. Most of that fee covers PayPal's payment cost and currency conversion, not profit — our actual margin is roughly 2-4%. You'll see the full breakdown before you pay.
Where can my Anua order be delivered?
Any address in South Korea: your apartment, share house, officetel, hotel, or Airbnb. We enter your Korean address on the order and CJ Logistics delivers it directly from Anua — nothing passes through us.
What if I order the wrong Anua product or need an exchange?
Let us know as soon as possible and we'll handle the Korean-language exchange or return process with Anua on your behalf. Since we order exactly what you specify on the form, it's worth double-checking the option and quantity before you submit.
