How COSRX works
COSRX (코스알엑스) is one of Korea's best-known ingredient-led skincare brands, built around the Snail Mucin line, BHA/AHA exfoliating liquids, and a range of low-irritation actives for sensitive and acne-prone skin. Its English store, cosrx.com, doesn't deliver to South Korea at all, so in Korea you buy from its Korean store, cosrx.co.kr, or from official stockists such as Olive Young, Coupang and Naver.
Before you order from COSRX
Watch out for
-
cosrx.com can't deliver to KoreaThe English store lists about 200 destinations, but South Korea isn't one of them. Send us a link from cosrx.co.kr or another Korean store instead.
-
Change-of-mind returns cost postageCOSRX pays return shipping only when an item is faulty or wrongly sent; for a change of mind the postage is yours. We arrange returns with COSRX in Korean.
Tips for ordering COSRX through us
- COSRX is also stocked by Olive Young, Coupang and Naver; if one of them has it cheaper or in stock, send that link and we order from there.
- Write the exact size and set name in the option field (for example 150 ml, or a 2-pack), since COSRX sells many items in several sizes and as sets.
Why foreigners get stuck on COSRX — and what we do
The catch is that the Korean store is Korean-only, from product options to the order form and the payment step. Order in Korea places the order for you, using your Korean address as the delivery address, so COSRX's courier brings it straight to your door — the parcel never passes through us — and if Olive Young, Coupang or Naver has it cheaper or in stock, we can order from there instead.

COSRX — frequently asked questions
Can I order from cosrx.com for delivery in Korea?
No. The English store at cosrx.com ships to about 200 countries, but South Korea is not on its list. In Korea, COSRX sells through cosrx.co.kr and official retailers such as Olive Young, Coupang and Naver, and we can order from any of them.
Where can I buy COSRX in a shop in Korea?
COSRX's own store list names Olive Young branches as its offline stockist in Korea. Online it adds Naver, Coupang, Kakao, Musinsa, Zigzag, Lotte ON, AP Mall and the Hwahae app. Send us whichever link you prefer and we order it to your Korean address.
Can I order from COSRX's Korean store without a Korean card or phone number?
Yes. Paste the COSRX product link, option, and quantity into our order form and pay with PayPal in your own currency. We place and pay for the order on the Korean store with our own verified account, so you never need a Korean card or Korean phone number.
What does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item price, with a $5 minimum, and a $20 minimum order total. Most of that fee covers PayPal's payment cost and currency conversion, not profit — our actual margin works out to roughly 2-4%. You'll see the full breakdown before you pay.
Where can my COSRX order be delivered?
Anywhere in South Korea with a real address: your apartment, officetel, dormitory, hotel, or Airbnb. We enter your Korean address on the order and COSRX sends it by parcel courier directly to you — nothing passes through us.
What if my COSRX order arrives damaged or wrong?
Skincare bottles occasionally arrive damaged, or a wrong item gets sent. Let us know and we'll handle the Korean-language exchange or return process with COSRX on your behalf; COSRX pays the return postage when an item is faulty or wrongly sent.
