Motorbike delivery in about two hours for small items ordered weekdays 10:30–16:30 or Saturdays 10:30–14:30 in major cities; no installation. ₩10,000, or ₩5,000 from ₩100,000.

Can Hi-Mart deliver and install a fridge or washing machine the same day?
Yes, for items marked 오늘설치: when payment is made by 1pm (Monday to Saturday), Hi-Mart delivers and installs that day in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi and several other cities, for a ₩70,000–90,000 fee depending on region. Otherwise you choose a delivery date at checkout, from the next day when payment clears before 5pm on a weekday. Hi-Mart's crew calls before the visit, and we take that call in Korean.
What does 업체배송 mean on Hi-Mart?
It marks items sold by partner sellers registered on Hi-Mart's mall rather than by Hi-Mart itself, and Hi-Mart acts only as the intermediary for them. Large appliances are delivered and installed by that seller, while small items go by parcel in about 2–3 business days. Delivery dates and returns follow that seller's rules, and we deal with the seller in Korean for you.
Can I order from Hi-Mart if I don't have a Korean phone number or card?
Yes. Send us the product link from e-himart.co.kr along with the option and quantity you want. We check out using our own verified Hi-Mart account and Korean payment method, so neither a Korean SIM nor a Korean card is something you ever need.
What does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a minimum order of $20 — shown in your currency before you pay. Most of that covers real cost, not profit: PayPal takes roughly 4.4% plus $0.30, and currency conversion adds another 3-4%, leaving us a margin of about 2-4%.
Where will my Hi-Mart order be delivered?
Any Korean address — your apartment, officetel, dormitory, hotel, or Airbnb. We enter it as the delivery address on the order, and Hi-Mart's own delivery team brings it there directly; we take the confirmation call in Korean if one comes ahead of drop-off.
Can I order a large appliance like a washing machine or refrigerator?
Large appliances are exactly the kind of purchase that makes sense to order this way when you're setting up a home in Korea — but delivery windows and installation scheduling for bulky items can vary by model and building. Mention your building type (apartment, officetel, walk-up) in the order notes so we can flag anything that needs confirming before you pay.
