One late item holds the whole orderOn the Korean site, if one item is delayed or has a later release date, the whole order ships together once everything is in stock. Put pre-orders and in-stock items in separate orders if you want the rest sooner.

Per-ID limits on popular albumsItems can carry a maximum per order and per ID, and the cart blocks anything over it, so very large quantities may not be possible in one go.

No change-of-mind refundsKtown4u doesn't exchange or refund for a change of mind, and an opened album can't go back. Faulty or missing parts are handled; we raise it with Ktown4u in Korean.

Why is my Ktown4u order still being prepared?
Items ship after the (expected) stock date on the product page, and if too few copies arrive that date moves to a second restock. On the Korean site, one delayed item also holds the whole order until everything is in stock. We check the status with Ktown4u in Korean and tell you the new date.

You might not need to — if you're outside Korea, Ktown4u's English site takes PayPal and sends orders out of Korea. What does Order in Korea cost?
10% of the item's won price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order — the total is shown before you pay. Most of that fee is real cost rather than profit: PayPal charges around 4.4% plus $0.30, and currency conversion takes another 3–4%, leaving us a margin of roughly 2–4%.
Where can Ktown4u orders be delivered?
Anywhere in Korea: your apartment, officetel, university dorm, hotel, or Airbnb. We enter that address as the delivery destination when we place the order, so Ktown4u ships it by CJ or Lotte directly to you — we never handle the parcel, and we can take the courier's call in Korean if one comes in.
Can you guarantee my fansign entry will win?
No one can guarantee a fansign win — artists and their teams choose winners by lottery or their own criteria. What we do is read the event page and enter your name, date of birth, and contact exactly as the checkout asks, so the entry is recorded correctly. Entered albums ship only after the entry period and can't be cancelled once winners are announced.
