How YG SELECT works
YG SELECT (ygselect.com) is YG Entertainment's official merchandise and album store, covering BLACKPINK, TREASURE, BABYMONSTER, and the rest of the YG artist roster. As the direct official channel, it carries authentic artist goods, concert merchandise, and store-exclusive album versions with unique photocard inclusions that aren't sold through any other retailer.
예약판매Pre-order
Sold before stock or production is ready; the product page gives the dispatch date, and anything ordered with it waits until it ships.
사인회 응모Fansign entry
Albums sold for a fansign draw. Their product pages state they can't be exchanged or refunded, so check the version and quantity first.
입점 업체 상품Partner-brand item
Goods from partner brands, shipped directly by that brand with its own delivery fee, outside YG SELECT's free-from-₩50,000 rule.
Before you order from YG SELECT
Watch out for
-
English site won't deliver in Koreaen.ygselect.com takes PayPal and foreign cards, but its delivery list of about 180 countries has no South Korea. For delivery here we order on the Korean site, ygselect.com.
-
Sold-out orders cancel themselvesIf an item sells out after ordering, YG SELECT sends an SMS or email, and with no reply the order is cancelled after 7 days. We answer those messages in Korean, and a cancelled order means a full refund from us.
-
No returns once openedReturns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, not after opening, and can take up to 2 weeks to process. An unboxing video filmed from before opening speeds up any damage claim.
Tips for ordering YG SELECT through us
- Send the Korean ygselect.com product link, not an en.ygselect.com one, and write the exact version name.
- Orders under ₩50,000 pay ₩3,000 delivery (Jeju ₩3,000 more), so combine albums and goods into one order where you can.
- For a fansign draw, read the event notice before ordering, because entry albums can't be refunded once bought.
Why foreigners get stuck on YG SELECT — and what we do
YG SELECT's checkout is built for Korean domestic shoppers: it validates a Korean shipping address and its payment gateway frequently rejects foreign-issued cards, so foreigners in Korea without a Korean card can get stuck before finishing an order. We place your order using a verified Korean account, with your Korean address as the delivery destination, so YG SELECT's own courier delivers it straight to your door — we never handle the parcel ourselves.

YG SELECT — frequently asked questions
Why can't I order from YG SELECT's English site in Korea?
en.ygselect.com is set up for fans outside Korea: it takes Eximbay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal, but South Korea isn't on its delivery list. The Korean site, ygselect.com, delivers inside Korea by CJ Logistics, free from ₩50,000. Send us the Korean product link and we order it to your Korean address.
How do I buy BLACKPINK merch from YG SELECT as a foreigner in Korea?
Find the product on YG SELECT's site, copy the link, and submit it through our order form with the won price and your chosen option. We purchase it using a verified Korean account and place your Korean address as the delivery destination.
Are YG SELECT products officially licensed?
Yes. YG SELECT is YG Entertainment's own official store, so everything sold there is fully licensed and authentic. We purchase directly from the listing you send us — nothing is a third-party reproduction.
What does Order in Korea charge for YG SELECT orders?
10% of the item's won price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order — shown before you pay. Most of that fee covers real costs: PayPal's charge is about 4.4% plus $0.30, and currency conversion adds roughly 3–4%, leaving our own margin at about 2–4%.
Where can you deliver my YG SELECT order?
Any address in Korea — apartment, officetel, dormitory, hotel, or Airbnb. We enter it as the delivery address when we place the order, so YG SELECT's own courier delivers directly to your door; the parcel never passes through us.
