How Weverse Shop works
Weverse Shop is HYBE's official platform for BTS, SEVENTEEN, ENHYPEN, LE SSERAFIM, and the rest of the HYBE artist roster — albums, Weverse Albums versions, and artist merch. It's one English store with a country and currency setting that includes Korean won, and it takes international cards and PayPal, so if you're outside Korea you likely don't need us at all — and many fans in Korea can order on their own too.

Sold before release: the page shows the 배송 시작 예정일 (expected shipping start date), and delivery begins from that date, not from your order date.
특전제공GIFT
The item comes with a Weverse Shop gift (특전) such as a photocard. When the gift is random, you can't choose which member or design you get.

Only accounts holding the artist's official membership can buy it. Our account doesn't carry your membership, so these items need your own Weverse account.

Membership items take monthsMembership kits and gifts ship about 4–5 months after payment, and the membership name must match your ID for concerts and draws. Buy memberships on your own Weverse account.

Weverse Albums can't be returned once usedA Weverse Albums version is a card with a digital code rather than a CD, with random digital photocards. Once registered in the app it counts as used and can't be exchanged or refunded.
Tips for ordering Weverse Shop through us
- Send the product page with the exact version (Random, Set or Weverse Albums ver.) and quantity; each item shows its own purchase limit.
- Check the page says 배송 가능 (deliverable) for a Korean address: Japan Exclusive or US Exclusive items may show 배송 불가, and PICKUP items are collected at concert venues.
- Order pre-orders early but expect them late: the 배송 시작 예정일 on the page is when shipping starts, not when the parcel arrives.

Can you enter a Weverse Shop fansign or lucky draw for me?
No. Weverse's raffle notices require entering from the same Weverse account that bought the event album, with a name matching your ID or passport, and say entries made through agency sites can be cancelled. Buy event albums on your own Weverse account; the shop takes international cards and PayPal. For regular albums, merch and shop gifts, we're happy to order.
How long does Weverse Shop take to deliver in Korea?
In-stock items leave within about 1–3 business days and then take 1–3 days with the courier. Pre-orders ship from the 배송 시작 예정일 shown on the page, and membership kits take about 4–5 months after payment. We track the parcel and take the courier's call in Korean.
Do I need this if Weverse Shop already ships to fans outside Korea?
If you're outside Korea, probably not — and many fans in Korea can order on their own too, since the shop is in English with a KRW currency setting and takes international cards and PayPal. We help when a payment keeps failing, or when you'd rather have the order, the courier's call, and any return handled in Korean. Send us the link and we place the order with your Korean address.
What does Order in Korea charge to buy from Weverse Shop?
Our fee is 10% of the item's won price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order — shown in full before you pay. Most of that covers real costs, not profit: PayPal takes roughly 4.4% plus $0.30, and currency conversion adds another 3–4%. Our actual margin works out to about 2–4%.
How does delivery actually work?
We place your order using your Korean address as the delivery address — your apartment, officetel, dorm, hotel, or Airbnb. Weverse Shop's courier delivers it straight to your door; the parcel never passes through us. If the courier calls to confirm details, we can take that call in Korean on your behalf.
Will buying through you get me into a fansign?
No, and we'd rather be clear about it: we can't enter fansigns or lucky draws for you. Weverse only accepts entries from the account that bought the album, under a name matching the entrant's ID or passport, and entries through agency sites can be cancelled — so buy event albums on your own account. Membership-only items need your own account too; albums and goods without those conditions, we can order.
