GS Shop (GS샵) is GS Retail's TV home-shopping channel and app: products are demonstrated on TV and mobile live broadcasts and sold online at the same time, from fashion and beauty to food, kitchenware and small appliances. Most items are shipped by the partner company that supplies them, while some broadcast items leave from GS Shop's own logistics centre for next-day delivery.

Most items don't move at weekendsApart from '내일 도착' broadcast items and booked installations, partner suppliers and their couriers don't deliver on weekends or public holidays, so allow extra days around them.

Installation items are booked by phoneLarge appliances and furniture come with the supplier's installer, who calls the day before or on the day to set a time; once installed or switched on, change-of-mind returns aren't accepted. We take that call in Korean.

Return windows differ by itemFood must be returned within 7 days, and fresh, chilled or frozen food can't be cancelled once packing starts; clothing, accessories, books and digital devices get 15 days, most other goods 30.
Tips for ordering GS Shop through us
- Write the regular sale price (판매가) in the order form, not the 혜택가 that assumes a particular Korean card or membership grade.
- For an appliance or furniture order, note in the order notes when someone can be at the address, because the installer phones ahead and we fix the time in Korean.

Does GS SHOP deliver on weekends?
Only partly. Some broadcast items shipped from GS SHOP's own logistics centre are marked '(휴일에도) 내일 도착' and arrive the next day even on weekends and holidays in Seoul and parts of the capital area, and installation items arrive by appointment. Everything else ships from partner suppliers whose couriers don't deliver on weekends or holidays.
Why is the GS SHOP price different at checkout?
GS SHOP's product and broadcast pages show a benefit price (혜택가) that already includes membership-grade benefits and instant discounts for certain Korean cards. The final amount depends on the account and card actually used. Putting the regular sale price (판매가) in your order avoids surprises.
I'm a foreigner in Korea — can I actually order from GS Shop?
Yes. GS Shop's checkout needs a Korean card and ID verification, which is exactly what blocks most foreigners. Paste the GS Shop product link, option and quantity into our order form and we place the order for you with a verified local account — no Korean card or phone number required on your side.
What does Order in Korea charge on top of the GS Shop price?
Our fee is 10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order — shown in full before you pay. Most of that fee covers real costs, not profit: PayPal charges around 4.4% plus $0.30 per transaction and currency conversion adds another 3–4%, so our actual margin is roughly 2–4%.
Where can GS Shop orders be delivered?
Anywhere in Korea with a valid address — an apartment or officetel, a university dorm, a hotel, an Airbnb, or an office. We enter your address correctly in the Korean system and the supplier (or GS Shop's own logistics centre, for some broadcast items) delivers straight there; the parcel never comes to us first.
I saw it on a GS Shop broadcast — can you still order it?
Yes, as long as it's still listed for purchase on the GS Shop website or app. Send us the product link with the option and the regular sale price (판매가); we check stock and the live price before ordering, and if it has sold out or changed, we tell you before placing anything.
