How Sulwhasoo works
Sulwhasoo (설화수) is Korea's leading luxury hanbang skincare brand, rooted in traditional Korean herbal medicine. The First Care Activating Serum and Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Cream, built around aged red ginseng and the brand's JAUM Balancing Complex, are considered benchmarks of prestige K-beauty. In Korea, sulwhasoo.com shows the range and prices, but its buy links open Amore Mall, Amorepacific's official store, where the order is actually placed — and Sulwhasoo also has stores nationwide, including flagships in Bukchon and Dosan.
뷰티포인트Beauty Point
Amorepacific's points, worth 1% of the discounted price, added when the purchase is confirmed. They land on whichever account placed the order.

Checkout happens on Amore Mallsulwhasoo.com shows prices, but its buy links open Amore Mall, where the order is actually placed. Send us the Amore Mall link, or the Sulwhasoo page and we locate the same product.
-
Base addresses may be refusedAmore Mall excludes some military-base areas from delivery. If you live on a base, send the address first and we check it before ordering.
-
Opened skincare can't be returnedChange-of-mind returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt, with shipping paid by you, and opened or used products generally can't go back. We handle any return in Korean.
Tips for ordering Sulwhasoo through us
- Send the Amore Mall link and name the line (윤조, 자음생, 진설) and size, because the same product often comes in several sizes and set versions.
- To try textures first, visit a Sulwhasoo store such as the Bukchon or Dosan flagship, then send us the exact product and size.
Why foreigners get stuck on Sulwhasoo — and what we do
The problem is that ordering directly means an Amore Mall account and Korean payment at checkout, plus Korean-only listings where the same product comes in several sizes and set versions. Order in Korea places your order on Amore Mall using your Korean delivery address, so it ships by parcel courier straight to your door — apartment, officetel, hotel, or Airbnb — while you pay us with PayPal.

Sulwhasoo — frequently asked questions
Where do I actually buy Sulwhasoo online in Korea?
On Amore Mall, Amorepacific's official store: sulwhasoo.com shows the range and prices, but its buy links open Amore Mall, where checkout happens. Amore Mall delivers in about 2–4 days after payment, free from ₩20,000, and adds 1% Beauty Points. Send us the product link and we order it to your Korean address.
Can I order Sulwhasoo without a Korean account or card?
Yes. Paste the Sulwhasoo product link, option, and quantity into our order form. We complete checkout on Amore Mall, where sulwhasoo.com sends buyers, using our own verified Korean account, so you don't need a Korean account or a Korean-issued card.
What does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order — shown in full before you pay. Most of that fee covers PayPal and currency-conversion costs rather than profit; our actual margin is roughly 2–4%.
Where can my Sulwhasoo order be delivered?
Any valid Korean address: home, officetel, hotel, or Airbnb, including hotels in areas like Gangnam or Myeongdong; Amore Mall excludes parts of military bases, so we check a base address first. We enter your address correctly and Amore Mall's courier delivers directly there — nothing passes through us.
Is the Sulwhasoo I receive authentic?
Yes. We order from Amore Mall, Amorepacific's official store — the same place sulwhasoo.com sends Korean shoppers — so you receive exactly what a local buyer would. We are independent and not affiliated with Sulwhasoo or Amorepacific.
