How Medicube works
Medicube (메디큐브) sits between dermatology-inspired skincare and at-home beauty tech, best known for the viral Zero Pore Pad and the Age-R line of personal devices. Its English store, medicube.us, delivers only to a few countries such as the US and Australia — not South Korea — so for delivery here the Korean official mall, themedicube.co.kr, run by APR, is the one to use.
회원가Member price
The lower price for logged-in members. Guests and Naver Pay checkouts pay the higher 판매가 and miss the gifts; app-only first-purchase prices are separate.
구매금액별 사은품Gifts by spend
Free minis are added once the order passes set amounts (from ₩70,000 at the time of writing). The tiers and gifts change with each promotion.
한정수량Limited quantity
Only a set number are sold at that price or in that edition, so it can sell out fast. If it sells out after we have ordered, you get a full refund.

Watch out for
-
medicube.co.kr is not Medicube's shopAt the time of writing, medicube.co.kr shows an unrelated company's page. Medicube's Korean official mall is themedicube.co.kr, run by APR, so send us links from there.
-
Per-person limits on popular itemsThe mall warns that items can carry a per-person purchase limit and that orders breaking its buying rules can be cancelled. If an order is cancelled, we refund you in full.
-
Change-of-mind returns cost both waysItems can be returned within 15 days of delivery, but a change of mind means paying round-trip shipping, and used items or opened cosmetics can't go back. We handle the return with Medicube in Korean.
Tips for ordering Medicube through us
- Send themedicube.co.kr product links and enter the regular 판매가: 회원가 and app-only first-purchase prices depend on the buyer's account, so we don't count on them.
- For same-day dispatch, send your order early: payment has to land by 4 pm on a weekday, and big sales can add 1–2 business days.
- For Age-R devices, send the themedicube.co.kr link rather than a reseller's: the mall warns about counterfeit devices and runs genuine-product registration (정품 인증번호 등록).
Why foreigners get stuck on Medicube — and what we do
The problem is that themedicube.co.kr is built for Korean shoppers: checkout expects a Korean-issued card, and product variants, refill options, and device bundles are listed in Korean only. Order in Korea places your order on the Korean mall using your Korean delivery address, so it ships by parcel courier straight to your door — apartment, officetel, dorm, or hotel — while you pay us with PayPal.

Medicube — frequently asked questions
Is medicube.co.kr Medicube's official store?
No. At the time of writing, medicube.co.kr shows a page for an unrelated company, while Medicube's Korean official mall is themedicube.co.kr, run by APR. The English store, medicube.us, delivers only to countries such as the US, Canada, Australia and the UAE, not South Korea. Send us themedicube.co.kr links and we order to your Korean address.
When will my Medicube order ship?
Orders paid by 4 pm on a weekday leave the same day; later orders ship the next weekday, and heavy sales can add 1–2 business days. Delivery costs ₩3,000 and is free from ₩60,000, while Jeju and island addresses pay ₩4,000 more.
Can I order Medicube without a Korean card or account?
Yes. Paste the Medicube product link, option, and quantity into our order form. We complete checkout on themedicube.co.kr, Medicube's Korean official mall, with our own verified Korean account, so you don't need a Korean card or an account on the site.
What does Order in Korea charge?
Our fee is 10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order — shown in full before you pay. Most of that fee covers PayPal and currency-conversion costs rather than profit; our actual margin is roughly 2–4%.
Where can my Medicube order be delivered?
Any valid Korean address: home, officetel, university dorm, hotel, or Airbnb. We enter your address correctly and the mall's parcel courier delivers directly there — we never handle the parcel ourselves.
What happens if my Age-R device arrives faulty or I need to exchange it?
Let us know and we'll handle the Korean-language exchange or return process directly with Medicube's customer service, the same way a local buyer would.
