Kolon Mall ships most items from its logistics centre in 3–5 working days, but some come straight from a Kolon shop (매장직배송). If that shop is out of stock, another shop supplies it, so those orders can take 3–7 days. Pre-order items ship on their announced date.
Can I exchange a Kolon Sport jacket for another size?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it is unworn and unaltered. Kolon ships the new size once your return reaches its logistics centre, and for a change of mind you pay the shipping. A colour change means a return and a new order, and we handle both in Korean.
Can I buy Kolon Sport gear without a Korean account?
Yes. Through Order in Korea you don't need a Kolon Mall account or Korean resident number. Send us the product link with your size and colour, and we complete the purchase on our verified account.
