Removed lenses or labels void a returnReturns are refused if the item was used, a component is missing, the lenses were taken out or the authenticity label was removed. The refund follows 2–4 business days of inspection.

Yes, for members: pay before 9:50 am and it arrives between 6 and 10 pm the same day, for ₩3,000, in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi cities such as Goyang, Seongnam and Bucheon. It is delivered by the courier 오늘의 픽업 (Today's Pickup), and the address can't be changed once ordered. If you want it, say so in the order notes and we'll check whether your address is covered.
Can I exchange Gentle Monster sunglasses bought online?
Not online: the Korean online store only accepts free returns within 7 days of delivery, with the product unused, complete and the lenses untouched. Gentle Monster's own stores (department stores and flagships) exchange online purchases within 7 days for a frame of equal or higher price, except collaboration items. We can file the online return for you in Korean, and CJ Logistics collects it.
Do I need Order in Korea to buy Gentle Monster in Korea?
Not always. The Korean store allows guest checkout and the price is the same in every channel, so if you read Korean and your card goes through, you can buy directly. We help when the Korean checkout gets in the way, or when a return needs filing in Korean.
