Orders take up to 5 working days to leavechuu dispatches in payment order within 2–5 working days (weekends and holidays not counted), and later if stock runs short, telling buyers individually when an item is delayed. We pass any delay notice on to you.

How long does chuu take to deliver?
chuu ships orders in payment order within 2–5 working days, not counting weekends and public holidays, and says items can take longer when stock runs short. After dispatch the parcel goes by ordinary courier to your address. We take the courier's call in Korean if the driver phones.
Can I return chuu clothes that don't fit?
Yes, within 7 days of receiving them, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and still tagged; for a change of mind, you pay the return postage. We file the request with chuu's customer centre in Korean, and chuu refunds within 3–5 working days after the returned item is inspected.
Can I order from chuu without a Korean card?
Yes. Send us the chuu.co.kr product link with your size and color, pay us by PayPal, and we buy it using our verified Korean account — no Korean card or account needed on your end.
How much does Order in Korea charge for chuu orders?
10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order. Most of that fee covers PayPal processing and currency conversion rather than profit — our real margin is roughly 2–4%. The full breakdown is shown before you pay.
Can I order multiple chuu items at once?
Yes. Add each chuu product link as its own line in one order, with the size, color, and quantity for each. We buy them together in a single chuu order, and orders of ₩70,000 or more ship free.
Can chuu be delivered to my hotel while I'm visiting Seoul?
Yes. We deliver to hotels, Airbnbs, guesthouses, and any valid Korean address. Enter your accommodation address on the order form, and we'll coordinate with the Korean courier so the package reaches you during your stay.
