ADER error (아더에러) is the Seoul-born label that's become a genuine global name in avant-garde fashion, known for deconstructed silhouettes and unisex collections. Online it sells through one site, adererror.com, with an English store in dollars for addresses outside Korea and a Korean store in won for delivery inside Korea.

Launch-day orders can be auto-cancelledWhen many people pay at once for a new release, orders beyond the stock are cancelled automatically and refunded. If that happens to our order, you get a full refund; online stock can't be filled from the stores.

Exchanges are size-onlyChange-of-mind exchanges must be requested within 7 days and only for another size of the same item and colour; a different colour means return and rebuy. Beanies, socks, accessories and leather goods can't be exchanged.

No dispatch or support on the 15thADER stops customer service and shipping on the 15th of every month (the business day before, if the 15th is a holiday), so orders placed around then go out later.

What does the service cost?
10% of the item price, minimum $5, with a $20 minimum order. Most of that fee covers PayPal processing and currency conversion rather than profit — our real margin is roughly 2–4%. The full total is shown before you pay.
