Where the 10% actually goes
PayPal takes 4–5% of every payment plus a fixed fee per order, and converting your currency into Korean won costs another 2–3%. What's left — about 2–4% — is what pays for placing your order, checking your address, answering the courier in Korean, and sorting out returns.
Buying something expensive? Pay less.
On orders over $1,000 you can pay by Wise transfer instead of PayPal. That avoids most of the payment-processing and currency-conversion cost — and we pass the saving straight back to you as a discounted service fee. Message us before you order and we'll quote it.
